摘要：随着网络技术的发展，高校也改变了传统的教学方式，通过网络教学来构建高校校园网VOD（Video On Demand）教学平台，逐渐形成了主动、协作、开放的新教学模式，在一定程度上提高了教学质量，减少了教学成本。而教学资源库的开发是网络教学的基础，也是高校校园网建设的重要组成部分。本文主要介绍了高校校园网VOD平台下教学资源库的研究背景、现状及发展方向，通过对系统的存储技术，以及前台采用ASP、JSP和PHP技术，后台采用SQL Server和Access技术进行了比较和分析，并做出了相应的评价。

Abstract：With the development of network technology, Universities have also changed the traditional teaching mode. Through the way of teaching on the Internet, building the university campus network of VOD(Video On Demand) teaching platform. It also forms a new teaching mode which is active, collaborative and open. In a certain extent, improve the teaching quality and reduce teaching cost. While teaching resource database development is education informationization, university campus network is the important part of the construction. This passage mainly introduced the university campus network of VOD platform of lans teaching resource database research background, present situation and development direction. Through the comparison and analysis from storage technology of the system as well as the ASP, JSP, PHP technology used by the receptionist, and SQL Server, Access technology used by the background, made the corresponding evaluation.

网络教学具有时空自由、资源共享、系统开放、便于协作等优点，是当今国际、国内教育发展的新热点。随着校园网建设的完善和发展，人们逐步认识到网络只是基础，资源建设才是教育信息化的核心[1]，因此基于教学资源库的教学越来越普及。当前高校校园网出现了高速公路上没车跑、车上无货装的尴尬局面。很多高校开始重视教学资源库的建设[2]，建立适合各自院校教学情况的网络教学平台并开发网络教学资源库就成为当务之急。
开发技术方面，教学资源库的资源存储方式主要采用文件目录存储方式和数据库存储方式，B/S模式已成为主流模式。而前台采用ASP、JSP和PHP技术，后台采用SQL Server和Access等数据库技术来开发教学资源库成为目前研究的热点。
